Romans 10: 11
God has recorded in his word what he brings about by his power in his vessels of mercy. There is no ambiguity here because it is written. When God brings life and immortality to light through the gospel within his children, the believer shall not any longer be ashamed, confused or uncertain but shall believe and confess that Christ is salvation, without any merit to be added by the believer whatsoever (1 Corinthians 2: 12).
